Generate a UPI QR with a GET URL. An alternative solution which follows a similar URL pattern like Google Charts API - QR Codes.

The URL uses the root URL and path URL.

  - Specifies a UTF-8 URL-encoded UPI QR transaction amount. The default value is encoded 1.
